Using the service
Ozil Goal AI lets you create short AI videos from a photo. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use it.
Your content and consent
Only upload photos of yourself or of adults who have given you permission. Do not upload photos of minors, celebrities or public figures, and do not use the service to harass, impersonate or deceive anyone. We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules.
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
This AUP forms part of these Terms of Service and applies to all photos and other inputs, generation requests, AI outputs and content shared through the service. Do not upload, request, create or share any of the prohibited content below, or attempt to bypass our safety measures. These rules apply to real, altered and entirely AI-generated material.
1. Pornography and NSFW sexual content
Pornography, sexual acts, sexually explicit nudity, fetish material and other content intended for sexual arousal are prohibited, even when the people depicted are adults and have consented. Do not use the service to undress or sexualize a person.
2. Violence and gore
Graphic violence, bloodshed, severe injuries, mutilation, torture and cruelty to people or animals are prohibited. Do not create content that threatens, encourages or glorifies violence, abuse or self-harm.
3. Hate speech
Content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens or incites hatred, discrimination or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or similar protected characteristics is prohibited. This includes using hate symbols to promote these attacks.
4. Child safety
Uploading photos of anyone under 18 is prohibited, even with parental permission. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, exploitation and any content that abuses or endangers children are strictly prohibited, including synthetic or altered depictions.
5. Deepfakes, impersonation and deception
Do not create deceptive or non-consensual deepfakes, impersonate another person, or use someone’s likeness to harass, defraud or mislead others. Photos of celebrities and public figures are not allowed. Do not present an AI video as genuine footage or imply a person’s endorsement without permission.
6. Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII)
Intimate or sexual depictions made or shared without the depicted person’s explicit consent are prohibited, including fabricated nudity, intimate deepfakes and threats to distribute such material. Consent does not make pornography or other prohibited sexual content acceptable under this AUP.
7. Copyright and trademark infringement
Do not upload or use photos, videos, music, logos or other material unless you own the necessary rights or have permission or another lawful basis to use them. Outputs or uses that infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights, including misleading claims of brand affiliation, are prohibited.
Content moderation
The platform supports automated image-safety screening before generation, comparisons against previously blocked photo files, and human review of content reports. Users must confirm permission to use the adult shown in their photo. Automated screening can reject flagged uploads and supplements human report review; it does not verify age, identity, consent or ownership of rights. No automated check covers every prohibited category or guarantees that content complies with this AUP.
Enforcement and response time
A person reviews every report within 48 hours of receipt. Content confirmed to violate this AUP or someone’s rights is removed within the same 48-hour period. We may contact the reporter for information needed to identify the content and communicate the outcome using the email provided.
Removal deletes the reported source photo and associated generated videos from our service, disables their share links, stops related active generation tasks and blocks uploads of matching photo files. Serious or repeated violations may result in account suspension or closure; used credits are not refunded. These measures cover content hosted on our service; copies reposted on other websites must also be reported to those websites.
Reporting and review requests
Anyone can use the report page without signing in, including people who are not depicted in the content. Include the video or share link, the downloaded file name or video ID if available, the reason and relevant details, and an email where we can reach you. You can also contact support@ozil-goal-ai.net to report a violation or request a review of a removal or account restriction; include the content or report reference and explain your request.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Report suspected child sexual abuse material to the NCMEC CyberTipline or the relevant national hotline as well.
Generated videos
You may use the videos you create for personal and social media purposes. AI output can contain mistakes; review a video before sharing it. Videos are labelled as AI-generated: keep that label, say the video is AI-generated when you share it and never present it as real footage of an event.
Credits and payments
Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits have no cash value, and credits from packs do not expire while the service is operating. Payments are processed by our merchant-of-record partner, whose terms also apply.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the price you subscribed at, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time under Billing in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep your plan until then. Subscription credits are added once a month (yearly plans receive them month by month), expire at the end of that month and do not roll over.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but provide it as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
